Bandak PM crafted and executed a comprehensive Master Plan for a luxury golf and surf resort located in a remote part of Mexico. This multifaceted plan involved complex coordination of local and international team members to successfully guide the project from design to completion. Due to its uniquely remote location, the Bandak PM team expertly collaborated with environmental consultants and civil engineers to develop a plan that responsibly utilized the location’s natural resources and supported the project while monitoring seawater usage and ensuring the protection of the existing coral reefs.

Bandak PM converted a green site into a state of the art manufacturing plant complete with robotics and heavy machinery. To abide by the city’s significant storm water requirements, the Bandak PM team prepared preliminary massing plans, site plans, and elevations to construct a sea wall to redirect stormwater to the ocean while designing a 4 foot platform from the concentre foundation of the building to treat water production of the actual facilities itself. Bandak PM’s ability to stay nimble and organize everyone’s specific requirements made this project successful.

Bandak PM led ground-up construction and interior improvements of existing spaces of a beloved, multifunction community center to support a new main entrance, training rooms, office spaces, exterior site work, and amenities. The team expertly created a planned phased construction so the campus could remain fully operational during the multi-year construction project. Bandak PM continues to oversee the programming, design, initial budgeting, onboarding of new team members, and will oversee the procurement and construction process so that the facility can be open through the multi-year construction process.
